Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Next Infra LLC ("ShiftThru", "we", "us") for using ShiftThru: the website, kiosk, manager app and staff app. By using ShiftThru, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
1. The service
ShiftThru gives businesses a time clock, scheduling and team chat. Employers create an account and invite their employees. The core service is currently free. If we ever add paid features, such as payroll, they will be optional, and we will tell you the price before you are charged.
2. Accounts
- Keep your PIN, password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate information, and tell us or your employer if something is wrong.
- Employers are responsible for who they add and for the access they give managers.
3. Employers' responsibilities
ShiftThru records time. It does not decide pay. Employers are responsible for:
- Following wage-and-hour, break, overtime and record-keeping laws.
- Reviewing timesheets before running payroll.
- Giving employees any notices the law requires, including getting written consent before using face scan.
- Paying employees for all time worked, whatever the time clock shows.
4. Text messages
If you sign up for texts, we will send sign-in codes and the work alerts you turn on. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Details are on our text messages page.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ShiftThru to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, falsify time records, try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service.
6. Your content
Employers own their business data, and people own the messages they write. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide ShiftThru. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ShiftThru running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or problems outside our control. Keep your own copies of records you need, such as payroll exports. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that significantly affects you, we will give notice in the app.
8. Ending use
You can stop using ShiftThru at any time. Employers can close their account and export their records first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
9. Disclaimers
ShiftThru is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't give legal, tax or payroll advice.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date above. For important changes, we will notify employers in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use ShiftThru means you accept the updated terms.
